Hawaii Island Personal Training was founded to serve clients who need more than traditional personal training. With over two decades of experience, HI PT works at the intersection of fitness, rehabilitation, and longevity-focused movement providing science-based, medically informed exercise programming designed to support strength, mobility, and long-term health.
My Approach
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, HI PT designs programs grounded in biomechanics, injury prevention, and clinical exercise principles. This allows for safe, effective training for clients with complex needs, movement limitations, or medical considerations.
