As a certified personal trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I provide medically informed, individualized exercise programming for clients with injuries, chronic conditions, neurological diagnoses, and post-surgical needs. Training is designed to be safe, structured, and evidence-based, with a strong emphasis on proper movement, joint protection, and long-term functional health.

Each client begins with a comprehensive assessment evaluating posture, joint mobility, muscular imbalances, neurological considerations, and movement patterns. Programs are carefully tailored to address pain, limitations, or impairments while supporting strength, stability, balance, and mobility. This approach helps reduce the risk of re-injury and supports a safe progression back to daily activity or independent exercise.

I work with individuals managing conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, cardiac rehabilitation needs, joint replacements, spinal surgery recovery, chronic pain, and post-physical therapy transitions. Training plans are adapted to each diagnosis and stage of recovery, with close attention to fatigue levels, neurological function, cardiovascular response, and movement quality.

My role is to serve as a bridge between medical care and fitness—providing professional guidance, education, and accountability so clients can move with confidence, improve function, and maintain an active lifestyle safely and sustainably.
